Swasthya aur Dhan: Ek Gehra aur Seedha Sambandh

   Jeevan mein sharirik sakriyata ko prathmikta dein. Lift ka istemal karne ke bajaye seediyon ka upyog karein. Chhoti-chhoti cheezen jaise paidal chalna ya khade rehna bhi mahatvapurn hai.

 

2.   Subah ki Dinacharya    

   Subah ki shuruaat green smoothie jaise poshtik pey se karein. Ismein kale, celery, aur anya jadi-bootiyaan shamil karein jo aapke pachan aur samagra swasthya ko laabh pahunchayengi.

 

3.   Cheeni se Chhutkara    

   Cheeni ka sevan kam karein. Yeh dheere-dheere zeher ho sakta hai jo aapki sehat ko nuksan pahunchaata hai. Shakkar ki jagah prakritik mithaas ka upyog karein jaise phal.

 

4.   Dieting se Bachna    

   Dieting ek asthaayi upaay hai. Iske bajaye, apni jeevan-shaili mein badlaav karein aur uchch poshan wale khadya padarthon ka sevan karein. Yeh deerghkaalik laabh pradan karega.

 

5.   Calisthenics    

   Sharir ke wazan se ki jaane wali vyayam, jaise push-ups, squats, aadi, par dhyan dein. Isse mehange gym upkaran ki zarurat nahi padegi aur aap ghar par bhi vyayam kar sakte hain.

 

6.   Saans Lene ki Technique    

   Niyamit roop se shwas vyayam karein. 5 seconds tak shwas lein, 5 seconds tak rokein, aur 5 seconds mein chhod dein. Yeh tanav ko kam karne aur maansik spashtata badhane mein madad karta hai.

 

7.   Pani ka Sevan    

   Din bhar hydrated rehna avashyak hai. 8-10 glass pani peein aur soda ya packed juice se bachain. Pani aapki twacha aur aantarik angon ke liye bhi accha hai.

 

8.   Breakfast ka Mahatva    

   Yadi breakfast aapki dinacharya ka hissa hai, to ise poshtik vikalpon ke saath shuru karein. Anyatha, apne sharir ki sunen aur ise zaroorat ke anusar samayojit karein.

 

9.   Wajan par Dhyan na Dein    

   Wajan ekmatra maapdand nahi hai. Maanspeshiyon ki mass, BMI, aur anya swasthya sanketakon par dhyan dein. Sirf wajan ki chinta karne ke bajaye samagra swasthya ko prathmikta dein.

 

10.   Intermittent Fasting    

   Intermittent fasting ko apnaayein, jismein khane aur fasting ki avadhi ka ek santulan hota hai. Dheere-dheere shuru karein aur apni suvidha ke anusar samay badhaayein.


Swasthya aur Dhan ka Samanvay
